Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. We ship Tuesday-Friday only. State of Mind cannot guarantee delivery dates, as final delivery is the responsibility of USPS. We cannot be held responsible for delayed arrival due to events outside of our control, like bad weather, postal service delays, etc. Please plan accordingly!
We ship to addresses in the United States only at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 2-4 business days to arrive, and which contains $50 of insurance and a tracking number for customers to track their orders online. At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. All shipping charges are non-refundable - no exceptions.
Tracking information will be provided via email at the time your order is scheduled for shipment. Please ensure that the correct email address is entered at check out to ensure these emails are received.
In the case of packages that are lost, stolen, or marked delivered but not received, State of Mind cannot be held liable. Please contact your local post office in the event that a package is lost, stolen, or mis-delivered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales on stateofmindlongview.com are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the shipping box/outer packaging & the damaged item(s) inside the box and email to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery. We must receive photos of the damage in order to file a claim with USPS. If no photos are provided, we cannot file a claim. In the event that USPS approves a damage claim, a replacement item will be sent (if available) or a refund will be issued to the payment method on file.
If we accidentally send the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will be happy to correct your order. If the item(s) originally ordered are no longer available, a refund will be issued to the payment method on file after the incorrect order is received back and inspected.
